WEBINAR

Social Engineering for Introverts

Highly technical organizations are still composed of people, and succeeding in an organization (by any definition of success) requires positive collaboration with those people. Sadly, a technical or professional education doesn’t provide much preparation for the human factors of science, engineering, or technical pursuits.

Join Dave Back, retired Navy Captain and confirmed introvert, as he discusses the lessons he has learned about working within and leading technical organizations of all sizes. Topics will include distinguishing technical problems from people problems, incentivizing desired behaviors, the importance of public speaking, radical transparency, and some bad leadership habits to unlearn.
