Billy Mitchell Office
The Billy Mitchell office is located just southwest of downtown San Antonio at Port San Antonio, a 1,900-acre Tech Port campus co-located with leading global industries including defense, aerospace, global logistics, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and more. We are a short walk from the Boeing Center at Tech Port, complete with its Provisions Food Hall offering multiple dining options.

Pantheon Way Office
The Pantheon Way Office focuses on medical informatics, simulation, and training (MIST). Here, our team drives cutting-edge capabilities in:
- Cognition and Neuroscience: cognitive training, nonionizing radiation health effects, and transcranial photo-biomodulation
- Medical Informatics and Modeling: machine learning, artificial intelligence, decision support systems, and computation modeling
- Sensors and Tech Integration: user Interface design, data management and transfer, and field and military integration studies).

Northwest Loop Office
Located on the northwest side of San Antonio, ARA’s Testing and Hardening for Electromagnetic Pulse (THEMP) group provides electromagnetic design, development and testing services for a wide range of applications.
While our specialty is High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) testing and shielding, our expertise extends to Intentional Electromagnetic Interference (IEMI), High Power Microwave (HPM), TEMPEST, and ionizing radiation services.
This dedicated team is equally comfortable designing a MIL-STD-188-125 compliant shield as it is performing hands-on testing to certify its performance. We conduct assessments on planned and constructed facilities to identify potential vulnerabilities to EM threats. Our variety of on-site EM test equipment, along with our close professional relationships with large-scale test facilitates, allows us to easily plan and execute complex EM strength tests on systems of all sizes.
