OSD Analytical Services Group
The Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, Office of the Secretary of Defense required support, including executive services, portfolio management, capabilities-based requirements generation, decision support, and technical analysis.
We directly support the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, Office of the Secretary of Defense. Our duties include providing meeting support; calendar management; coordination of staff package taskings to component offices and agencies; Defense Travel System management; monitoring reports; and reviewing legislative documents for equity.
We provide portfolio management services in support of the DoD Physical Security Enterprise & Analysis Group (PSEAG) by assisting in the management of a portfolio of physical security projects ranging from the development of devices to large-scale integrated technology architectures. Our support includes financial management, strategic plan development, interagency coordination, policy recommendations, facilitation, executive services, and the planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) process.
Capabilities-Based Requirements Generation
In supporting the DoD PSEAG, we have developed an analytical framework to improve the client’s requirements generation process, identify capability gaps, and select projects to meet the needs of the warfighter.
Decision Support Systems
Through the identification of key management decisions that are required to successfully execute the Physical Security Enterprise Program, we have developed an automated management tool that assists in making key financial and management decisions.
Technical Analysis and Development
Our team includes software developers and engineers with expertise in SharePoint development and administration, database management, the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), system architecture development, interface controls, and software development.
Our team’s work mitigates physical security vulnerabilities and closes capability gaps to improve security efforts within the Department of Defense so that it can achieve its mission and protect the security of our country.
