ARA Names Jeff Wilkins Chief Financial Officer

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Applied Research Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Wilkins to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President.
“We are delighted to welcome Jeff to ARA and to our senior management team,” said Rob Sues, ARA President and Chief Executive Officer. “His operational and financial experience includes more than 20 years in senior finance positions in the government technical services, aerospace and defense industries. Jeff will play a major role in continuing our company’s significant growth as a leading engineering and research company.”

Jeff comes to ARA from Madison Research Corporation, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. He joined Madison in June 2000. Prior to that, Jeff worked for Nichols Research Corporation as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 1997 to 1999, and as Senior Finance Manager when Nichols was sold to Computer Sciences Corporation in January 2000. He also served eight years in senior finance positions with The Boeing Company’s Defense and Space Group, two years as President and General Manager of Duraline, Inc. and five years as a Senior Analyst for Martin Marietta Aerospace. Jeff’s education includes an MBA from Tulane University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Alabama. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
