Support Available for GEMACS
ARA, partnered with the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) and the Air Force SEEK EAGLE Office (AFSEO), offers professional technical support and e-mail consulting for GEMACS users. Support is offered through e-mail only (phone support may be purchased separately) and can be renewed annually. Purchase details may be found here.

- Installation and "getting started" help
- On-site training course (requires six or more users)
- E-mail notification of updates and new releases
- Web access for downloading new releases
- Bug reports, problem resolution, and workarounds
- Porting GEMACS and tools to other computer platforms
- our advocate on the GEMACS Configuration Control Board
E-Mail Consulting For:
- GEMACS usage (commands, geometry)
- Help in translating user requirements to GEMACS inputs
- Interpretation of GEMACS outputs
- XGAUGE and support tool usage
- Eigenvalue/eigenvector generation
