Improvised Nuclear Device

ARA created the IND (Improvised Nuclear Device) video for DTRA's Consequence Management Division, Strategic Engagement Branch (J3BPCS). DTRA uses the video to provide an overview and raise awareness of IND incident mitigation procedures and precautions at the beginning of exercises and conferences for both CONUS and OCUNUS audiences and partners.
