Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

ARA provides term life insurance of $20,000 plus two and one-half times your salary up to a maximum benefit of $280,000 (for a combined total benefit maximum of $300,000) for regular full-time employees. ARA also provides the same amount of accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Both of these policies are provided at no cost to you. The effective date for both policies is the first of the month coincident with or following your date of hire.

Long Term Disability Insurance

ARA provides long-term disability (LTD) insurance equal to 60 percent of your salary up to a maximum of $5,000 per month for regular full-time employees. LTD starts 60 days after the disability occurs and stays in effect until the end of the disability or social security retirement age. The effective date for the LTD insurance is the first of the month coincident with or following the hire date. The LTD insurance is also provided at no cost to you.
