Upgrade Ultra-High Speed Data Acquisition System

Problem Statement and Objectives

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC-Crane) was in need of an upgrade of their ultra-high speed data acquisition system.
 
Applied Research Associates (ARA) incorporated the existing components (digitizing system, fiber optic light-to-voltage converters, power supplies, fiber optic checkout box, mouse, keyboard, and monitor) into the shock mounted shipping case.

The system was assembled and tested by the ARA team at the Engineering Sciences Laboratory (ESL), located in the Rocky Mountain Division.
