SD-SE-MB GSA OCA Support Program

Problem Statement and Objectives

Flying glass fragments and collapsing buildings from explosions, projectile impacts, violent weather, etc. have the potential to cause serious injury or death. The US General Services Administration (GSA) required assistance initiating two programs: a Glass Fragment Retention for Windows and the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) security criteria in order to protect those visiting and working under its charge.

Results and Benefits

The ARA team developed software to support the assessment process.  We performed and managed assessments, offered classroom and on-line training for our assessment software programs, maintained the OCA website, and provided assessment reports and on-line training for the website.
