ARA has
a different approach to understanding the consumer. We seek to
understand the consumer in context and to understand what
affects the choices they make within that context. By examining the
context surrounding a choice, we can better understand the consumer
and customer needs and help companies fulfill those needs.
We use an array of qualitative and quantitative research approaches to
understand cues and factors consumers rely on to make purchase and use
decisions, to develop
models of consumer behavior, and to identify leverage points in
consumer purchasing behaviors. We insure that the insights we elicit
in research are translated into high impact solutions to meet our
customer's needs.
