ARA is
experienced in all aspects of computer science, ranging from
requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing,
and quality assurance.
We have extensive
experience integrating engineering and physical models into
user-friendly systems. We specialize in graphical user interfaces;
relational databases; data management
systems; modular, object-oriented software design; hand-held
design; and GIS/RS/CADD systems. We use special purpose tools
developed in-house to rapidly create high fidelity physics-based
models for highly realistic
modeling and simulation
applications.
Our software development
teams include not only programmers, but also experienced engineers
and scientists who are experts in software development. We can
develop software for all platforms and operating systems.
We understand the
risks associated with large multidisciplinary software development
projects and know how to mitigate these risks to achieve a
successful program. Our
software center in Raleigh NC follows SEI CMMI
Level 3 processes, is Level 2 certified and is currently
undergoing Level 3 certification by an external agency with
expected completion in December of 2006.
