Problem Statement and Objectives
AFRL/MNME needed assistance investigating target lethality effects of reactive material (RM) weapon systems at Eglin AFB. RM systems have the potential to substantially increase the lethality of warheads used to attack soft and semi-hard targets.

ARA tested the Battleaxe munitions development and provided baseline target lethality data for the reactive fragments. We determined the full potential of the reactive materials.
