JIOC X Requirements
Problem Statement and Objectives
A survey was created at the JIOC-X effort at JTC-I (the Joint Transformation Command for Intelligence) that consistently recorded the individual requirements and capabilities of planned COCOM JIOCs while flushing out common threads. ARA was called upon to assemble a team to complete this project's main objective.
- create methodologies for collecting and analyzing COCOM JIOC implementation status data
Results and Benefits
Created a "baseline" JIOC from which the COCOM JIOCs can base their efforts, in order to achieve interoperability and synchronization.
