Showcase Project | Nano-particle Coating System (NCS)

To reduce costs, scale back the amount of required coating materials, and minimize waste, ARA helped engineer a repeatable mechanism that creates monolayer coatings on various substrates.
ARA research led to the development of the Nano-particle Coating System (NCS) to:
- build & coat mono layers of nano materials
- provide roll to roll mechanism for production quantities

Nano Coatings of RuOx and Si02 Spheres
ARA developed the NCS as a fully-functioning Nano Coating System capable of creating the required components for low cost, high capacity, ultra-thin, batteries and ultra-capacitors using advanced nano materials such as Ru02, Ti02, Si02, Zn0.
