Message to Recruiters

ARA is willing to work with external recruiters, but this is not our standard method of recruiting. The Systems and Operations sector of ARA (covering the Washington, DC, Raleigh, Orlando, and Albuquerque) has a full-time recruiting director, G. Paul Slovensky, operating out of the Raleigh office.

Regardless of how a potential employee finds out about an opening, all candidates must apply through the ARA corporate website (http://www.ara.com) by clicking on Careers/Current Opportunities or through Monster.com.  This is our corporate policy pursuant to OFCCP record keeping requirements for federal contractors.  

If you wish to submit a candidate, please have him/her apply as aforementioned and select “staffing agency” from the drop down menu for “source.”  In no way does this obligate ARA to compensate you, but rather your compensation will be defined in a signed agreement between you and ARA if and when the candidate is hired. Be sure the candidate understands that ARA should call you to schedule interviews. We have a history of successfully negotiating with external recruiters and desire to continue this process.
