Career Development
Employees’ continuous professional growth and development are key to ARA’s long-term growth. At ARA we are not satisfied with just maintaining the status quo, but in improving the professional knowledge, skills, and abilities of our employees.
ARA supports and encourages career- and job-related professional development activities. Professional development activities include opportunities for on-the-job training, cross training, coaching, and internships; attendance at courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, institutes, lectures, and meetings; participation in professional and technical associations; and tuition reimbursement (when applicable).
Technical Career Path
For employees who seek the challenges of a technical rather than a management career track, ARA offers the Technical Career Path. As employees advance in their career and prove to be dedicated technical experts, they may be nominated by their Division Manager for “Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff” or “Fellow.” For the elite, ARA awards the top honor of “Associate.” Membership is limited and conferred upon those employees who meet the select criteria.
Ongoing ARA Training
ARA is committed to continuous development for our employees and we strive to provide a variety of ongoing training opportunities to assist in furthering their
professional careers.
